Meredith Jobe
Office Manager

Meredith Jobe joined FKCo at the beginning of tax season 2017 to manage and lead the tax return assembly team. Demonstrating skills in office administration and leadership, Meredith is now FKCO’s Office Manager and handles all firm administration. Meredith is responsible for our firm’s accounting, recordkeeping, time & billing, human resources, client invoicing and accounts receivable tracking and collection, among other administrative tasks. She is also our firm’s primary contact for the electronic filing of all business and individual returns.
Like many of our FKCo team members, Meredith joined us from the “music world” where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Missouri State University. She taught in the public-school system as a full-time music teacher for 7 years, before stepping aside to raise her two sons. Since moving to Connecticut in 2010, Meredith was involved in the local schools as a substitute teacher and, as the kids got older, found herself with more time to work on a variety of administrative tasks at FKCo.
Meredith and her husband, Daniel, are now enjoying life as “empty-nesters” while staying involved in various community activities, as they continue to support and encourage their sons through their own life passions.
